Abstract

This study aims to determine whether online consumer reviews and information quality have an influence on product purchase interest in online stores in the Shopee marketplace. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population taken is Indonesian people who are internet users who have shopped at the Shopee marketplace through the Shopee website and application and the samples taken are people with a minimum age of 17 years with a total of 100 respondents. The data source used is primary data, data collection in this study using a survey technique with a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained in this study are online consumer reviews and the quality of information has a significant influence on the interest in buying products in online stores in the shopee marketplace.
