Abstract
Range of motion (ROM) is a way to help elderly people with joint limitations. This activity is very important to do, especially in nursing homes because it is dominated by elderly people who have experienced joint stiffness. care giver is a person who helps lansian in his daily life, when a preliminary study was conducted the care giver had never been taught how to move ROM, so from this problem ROM training was carried out on care giver which was carried out by a physiotherapist, the purpose of the activity was to increase the competence and ability of care giver in providing care for the elderly. After three days of training and evaluation, the care giver is able to perform ROM independently, and it will be applied to the elderly who experience joint stiffness or physical limitations to reduce joint disorders and reduce tissue death in the feet and hands. The need for continuous training for caregivers to improve their ability and skills to care for the elderly.
