Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio profitabilitas, leverage, aktivitas dan likuiditas terhadap harga saham. Dengan periode penelitian dari tahun 2003-2007 dengan 65 sampel, dalam hal ini pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat bukti empiris bahwa rasio aktivitas (dengan menggunakan proksi inventory turnover) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham sedangkan rasio profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Hasil uji pada variabel kontrol menunjukkan bahwa umur perusahaan (AGE) dan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.
