Abstract

PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri keramik yang memproduksi berbagai macan bentuk dan ukuran keramik dan telah berdiri sejak tahun 1995. Perusahaan ini masih mempunyai permasalahan pada banyaknya jumlah cacat pada tiap proses. Pada bulan Juli 2019, kecacatan produksi per hari paling tinggi sebesar 13.8% pada proses pengisian press tidak rata sedangkan pada proses kiln sebesar 13.0% (sumber: bagian QC PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (Plant IV). Berdasarkan data tersebut, perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui potensi kegagalan dari proses produksi tersebut. Kecacatan produk pada proses press dan kiln sebenarnya bukan hanya terletakpada proses itu saja,
