Abstract
This purpose of this study is to examine the political connection and managerial ownership to company performance. This study uses Contingency Theory. The population was mining sector companies that were listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2018, then sample is all of mining sector companies mining sector that we listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2018 with 53 companies. The data analysis is multiple regression analysis to know the effect of political connection, and managerial ownership to company performance. The result showed that the variables of political connection and managerial ownership did not affect the company’s performance.
