Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of accounting responsibility to financial control of property companies in Palembang. This study utilizes associative research approach with the total population of 215 property companies and 59 sampels through the area technique sampling method. This study uses the primary data which collected through online questionnaire to 177 respondents. The result showed that organisational structure variable, budget variable, and implementation of control variable are not correlated to financial control, however the accountability report is correlated to the financial control.
