Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variable supply chain management, and competitive advantage has an influence on company performance. The theory used in this research is Resource Based View Theory. The population is the entire retail UMKM sector in the city of Palembang, while the sample is the retail UMKM in the city of Palembang with a total sample of 60 retail UMKM. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of supply chain management variables, and competitive advantage on company performance. The results obtained show that the competitive advantage variable has a significant positive effect on company performance, while the supply chain management variable has no effect.
