Abstract

The nursing process is a representation of the relationship between patient and nurse, the identity and professional role of the nurse, and the development of nurse knowledge. The nursing process facilitates nurses for development as logical thinkers to produce improved response about patient care when they are communicate and this proccess make interests things of patients in overall process. Updating the standardization of nursing diagnosis immediately globally, nationally and planning is one of the efforts to guarantee security and nursing care, support education in clinical and academic settings, as well as nursing research. Therefore, the implementation of assistance activities are supported by standardization updates, approved assessments and indicators, planning of appropriate interventions, and focused evaluation according to the diagnoses that are upheld. Assistance activities that can be carried out have an impact on participants who can directly simulate and practice the target of this activity as nurses who carry out their duties as preceptors of Ners student clinics.
