Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desentralisasi dan informasi akuntansi pertanggungjawaban terhadap kinerja manajer. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan responden pada manajer yang bekerja pada perusahaan industri di Palembang. Data diuji menggunakan model regresi sederhana, Uji T dengan hasil pengujian yaitu hipotesis pertama (H1) ditolak yaitu desentralisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajer, hipotesis kedua (H2) ditolak yaitu informasi akuntanasi pertanggungjawaban tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajer.
