Abstract

Electronic devices are very helpful tools in everyday life. Various companies sell electronic equipment. PT Citra Kreasi Makmur Palembang is one company that provides electronic service services. Customer service of PT Citra Kreasi Makmur to serve customers who do goods servicing, customer service often fixes problems in terms of data collection because the data collection process still uses manuals These problems how to overcome them by using an electronic goods service application. This application can be used in real-time, so that there are no errors in the data collection of goods can use effective and efficient time in searching the data items needed again. Making this application uses waterfall, based offline using visual basic programming language and PHPMyAdmin database.
