Abstract

Technology users in the present cannot be considered as few in number, even their existence can hardly be separated from every activity and always used everywhere. The increase in users of this technology can be seen from several companies that have used computer systems to support the performance of the company. Example: PT. Astra Honda Motor uses a computer system to store a database of the number of goods entering and when it expires. But there are also companies that have not used a computer system such as PT. Cakra Indo Pratama, because of the lack of experts who can use a computer system. So that all data processing and data checking of purchases that will mature in PT. Chakra Indo Pratama is still done manually. This certainly makes the performance of the company less efficient in terms of time, money and space. Therefore, it is necessary to have a purchase application with a feature to see the maturity of bills that must be paid. The design of this application uses a prototype system development model because at PT. Cakra Indo Pratama does not have any previous system applications, so it requires a design to make the purchase program, and uses Balsamiq Mockups for interface design in desktop and Visio applications for program flow design.
