Abstract

This study aims toanalyze whetherthe Corporate Social Responsibilitymoderate the relationshipbetweenfinancial performanceand corporate value. CSRis measured using79indexissued by theGRI. Financial performanceis measured usingROAand firm valueusingTobin's Qratio. The samplein this studyis aminingcompanylistedon the Stock Exchange2009-2011 periodby using purposivesampling. Sampleswereobtainedby 20companiesby the number ofobservationsby 51samples(for three years withnineof dataoutliers). The data used areannual reportsfromeach companywereobtained from theIDXwebsiteandICMD. Hypothesis testing is donewithstatisticalanalysis toolssuch asRversion2.11.1. The results showed thatmoderate the relationshipbetweenCSRandfinancialperformance ofthe company's valuesignificantly.
