Abstract
This study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of total quality management on managerial performance with the performance measurement systems and reward system as a moderating variable on five star hospitality service companies 3, 4, 5 in the city of palembang which is expected to benefit the company and further research. In this study an entire population is used as a manager in hospitality services companies in the city of palembang. The samples used are mid level managers who worked at the company star hospitality services 3, 4 ,5 in the city of palembang. And techniques used for sampling is puprosive sampling techique. The data used in this study is the primary data. Of the 65 questionnaires distributed, 50 questionnaires were returned. Among other conclusions drawn is that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the effect of TQM implementation of managerial performance is accepted, the second hypothesis (H2) that influence the implementation of TQM on managerial performance through performance measurement system was rejected, and the third hypotesis (H3) that influence the application of TQM on managerial performance through the award system was rejected.
