Abstract

Xaverius Vocational School (SMK) is the only vocational school established by Xaverius Foundation. SMK Xavier Palembang has the duty and authority sections one of which is part of the facilities and infrastructure. The facilities and infrastructure section is responsible for managing all goods / inventory available at the Xaverius Vocational School. Previously, to do all the processes of facilities and infrastructure was still done manually. One way to overcome this problem is to use the application of its own facilities and infrastructure. This application can monitor in real-time, so there are no errors in the collection of goods and rooms and can use time effectively and efficiently in the search for data returned items needed. Making this application uses the waterfall methodology, based offline by using visual basic programming language and PHPMy Admin database. The application of facilities and infrastructure is expected to help the school overcome errors in data collection and storage of goods.
