Abstract

Along with growth and era progress, industrial of media print to experience of the mushroom growth also. This growth make a lot of industry of printing office have to able to compete in printed material, so that quality remain to for, beside time and price competing. planning and control of Supply in PT Rambang very required by because frequently PT Rambang experience of the insuffiency of raw material inventory in the form of paper. For want of supply of paper of quality of yield up the ghost in PT Rambang of a few/little downhill. Its need improve;repair the planning and control of supply in PT Rambang by ascertaining to repeat the amount of supply of method EOQ, With the planning repeat the raw material inventory paper, Using Reorder point, Safety Stock, Total of Cost, method of EOQ and Paramalan assisted by Winqsb. For the Safety of stock of Compass newspaper 75.714 singk, newspaper of Sriwijaya Post 69.958 singk and newspaper of Serelo Post 5.378 singk, Reorder Point of Compass newspaper 120.840 singk, newspaper of Sriwijaya Post 111.234 singk and newspaper of Serelo Post 7.260 singk, Become by using method EOQ hence PT Rambang get the expense reduction of equal to Rp. 896.686.799 from total cost of entirety in the year 2012.
