Background: Bullying remains a prevalent problem among adolescents in school environments and can have negative impacts on both victims and perpetrators. Such behavior may cause victims to feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, and reluctant to attend school. This condition highlights the importance of increasing adolescents’ knowledge about bullying and its impacts as a preventive effort through education using video media. Objective: To determine the difference in adolescents’ knowledge levels before and after receiving education about the impacts of bullying using video media at SMP Inaba Palembang. Methods: This study employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 31 students were selected using a total sampling technique. Data collection Western Indonesia Time (WIB), including the administration of a pretest, approximately 10 minutes of education using video media, and a posttest. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Results: Before the education, 23 respondents (74.2%) had good knowledge, 5 respondents (16.1%) had moderate knowledge, and 3 respondents (9.7%) had poor knowledge. After the education, all 31 respondents (100%) had good knowledge. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test showed Z = -3.935 and p-value <0.001 (p<0.05), indicating a difference in knowledge levels before and after the education. Conclusion: There was a difference in adolescents’ knowledge levels before and after receiving education about the impacts of bullying using video media.
