Abstract

Musi Charitas Catholic University (MCCU) Statute, 2015 edition, Chapter 8, Article 8, states that the core values adopted by the university are Charity, Humanity, Altruism, Managing-capacity, Persistence, Integrity, Open-minded, and Novelty abbreviated as CHAMPION. In the age of 2 years of the establishment of the MCCU, the core values of CHAMPION were felt to still need to be explored and internalized in the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi practice of the University to all academics. This research aims to; 1) knowing how to implementation the core values of CHAMPION excavation and planting/ internalization in the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) Courses of the MKB TI-51093 Work System Design & Ergonomics (PSKE) in Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology (FST), and Courses MKB1307 Human Resource Management (MSDM) in Management Study Program, Faculty of Business & Accounting (FBA), MCCU; 2) knowing how the core values of CHAMPION are applied in the Preparation of Learning Plans which include; Semester Learning Plan (RPS), Lecture Task Plan (RTP), and Assessment Rubric (RP) for PSKE Courses and MSDM Courses; and 3) knowing the core values of CHAMPION integration process with PBM for the PSKE Courses and MSDM Courses. Respondents included, Rector, Dean, Head of Study Program & all lecturers of Industrial Engineering Study Program and Management Study Program, Compassion Lecturers for PSKE &MSDM, and students taking the PSKE & MSDM Subjects in the Odd Semester TA. 2017/2018. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation method with validity uses source triangulation. The results showed that the core values of CHAMPION excavation & internalization process in the PBM Courses on PSKE and MSDM in the Odd Semester TA. 2017/2018 produces concrete examples in lectures / PBM, speaks, behaves. The core values of CHAMPION's impact can be seen in detail and implemented integrated in the RPS package (RPS, RTP, & RP).
