Abstract
This study aimed to examine the relationship between work life balance and job stress among marketing employees at Pharmaceutical Company X. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The participants consisted of 68 marketing employees selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a work life balance scale developed based on the dimensions of time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance, as well as a job stress scale based on the physiological, psychological, and behavioral aspects. The data were analyzed using the pearson product moment correlation test. The results indicated a significant negative relationship between work life balance and job stress (r = -0.568; p = 0.000). These findings suggest that higher levels of work life balance are associated with lower levels of job stress among employees, and vice versa.
