Abstract
This study aims to This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi in Palembang City. This research focuses on employees involved in nutritional service activities, such as planning, food processing, food distribution, and monitoring nutritional quality. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The population in this study consisted of all employees of the Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling with a total of 120 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that workload did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi in Palembang City.
