Abstract

CV. Sumber Berkat is a company engaged in the distribution of bottled mineral water in Palembang City. In its operational activities, the recording of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and sales transactions is still conducted manually using record books. This manual recording system often causes several problems such as data entry errors, delays in report preparation, and difficulties in managing and searching transaction data. Therefore, a system is needed to assist the data management process to become more effective and structured. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales system application for CV. Sumber Berkat to simplify the process of recording and managing transaction data. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), while the system modeling uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The application is developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. With this application, the sales data management process is expected to become faster, more accurate, and more efficient.
