Abstract

The advancement of information technology enables poultry farms to manage operational data more efficiently and in a structured manner. CV Hosana Suka Makmur still records essential data—such as flock population, feed usage, egg production, and mortality—manually, which increases the risk of errors and delays in reporting. This practical work aims to design a web-based information system that centralizes and simplifies poultry farm data management. The design was developed through observation, interviews, and literature review, and modeled using a context diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), process flowchart , and user interface (UI) prototypes. The proposed system includes features for recording flock data, managing feed stock, monitoring daily production, and generating automated reports. The results show that the system can improve data accuracy, accelerate recapitulation, and support operational evaluation. This design serves as the foundation for developing a more effective poultry farm management system.
