Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work flexibility and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Adrian Sukses Nusantara. The research focuses on employees who are assigned to various client companies in accordance with the work system implemented by PT Adrian Sukses Nusantara. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The population in this research consists of all employees of PT Adrian Sukses Nusantara, and the sampling technique used is cencus sampling with a total of 74 respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work flexibility has a positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction is also proven to positively influence the improvement of employee performance at PT Adrian Sukses Nusantara.
