Abstract
The banking industry remains one of the sectors most attractive to job seekers as it offers relatively high salaries, various facilities and benefits, as well as a strong sense of prestige in society. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on intention to stay among banking employees in Palembang City. This research employed a quantitative research method. The population of this study consisted of banking employees in Palembang City. The sample was determined using Hair’s formula, resulting in 160 respondents, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicate that perceived organizational support and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on intention to stay among banking employees in Palembang City.
