Abstract

CV. Aneka Artha Niaga is a consumer goods distributor located in South Sumatra. The company still uses manual methods to manage returns. The use of paper receipts and physical records often results in duplicate data, inconsistent information, and a poorly maintained security system. Furthermore, MS Excel is used to input returned goods data. To address these issues, this internship focused on developing a web-based return application that aims to digitize the company's entire operational processes, particularly in the return section. In building this system, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was used to ensure the resulting application is truly practical and meets field needs. This application connects the roles of admins and warehouse managers in one integrated system. By switching to a digital system, the company can minimize recording errors, speed up the process of checking for damaged goods, and facilitate transparent stock monitoring. This change makes the management of returned goods more organized, secure, and fast, thus supporting the smooth distribution of goods throughout the company's warehouse operations.
