Abstract
The primary issue in distribution Operations often stems from decentralized schedule management, leading to work time inefficiencies and a lack of coordination transparency in the field. Consequently, this research aims to design a corporate and sales management website capable of enhancing sales force efficiency through the implementation of a structured and digitally integrated visit scheduling system. The system design encompasses comprehensive Business process modeling, ranging from Customer data management for daily schedule planning to the implementation of schedule filtering features based on geographical locations and priority scales. Furthermore, the system is designed to accurately document all field activities to mitigate data manipulation. The result of this research is a system architecture that standardizes visit Operations, improves the accuracy of real-time visit monitoring, and provides management with a more robust control mechanism over field workflows. The implementation of this system is expected to optimize overall corporate operational performance to achieve sustainable Business objectives.
