Abstract

From the results of the practical work that has been carried out, the author proposes the design of a vehicle tax monitoring system at PT Teguh Asia Mandiri Palembang. This system is placed in the Operations and Finance department, which is tasked with monitoring vehicle assets and also recording tax administration, still using a manual system with Microsoft Excel for monitoring due dates. From this problem, the author provides input in the form of a system design to assist the Warehouse and Invoicing departments in managing vehicle tax administration, titled “Design of a Website-Based Vehicle Tax Payment Monitoring System.” This system can be accessed by internal parties PT Teguh Asia Mandiri, specifically in the operational department, where it can be viewed and managed by the Warehouse and Invoicing departments. The system design uses the Waterfall development method and also proposes several design proposals using Unified Modeling Language (UML), namely Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, and System Interface.
