Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of e-service quality and brand image on usage decisions. The data used is primary data. The population in this study consists of users of the Blu BCA online platform services. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with a total of 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and T and F hypothesis tests, with the results obtained through SPSS processing. The results of this study indicate that E-Service Quality and Brand Image implemented by Blu BCA have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the Blu BCA online platform services.
