Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Career Planning and Self-Concept with Career Maturity of Grade XII High School Students. The subjects in this study were 71 grade XII students in one of the schools in Palembang, this study used a quantitative method with a total sampling technique. The scale distribution method used Google Form. The distributed scale has a reliability value of 0.805 for Career Planning, 0.804 for Self-Concept, and 0.892 for Career Maturity. The hypothesis proposed in this study is the relationship between career planning and self-concept with career maturity of grade XII high school students for the major hypothesis. The results of testing using multiple linear regression tests show that there is a significant relationship with a significant value of 0.000 (sig <0.05). The minor hypothesis using the Pearson correlation test is that there is a positive relationship between career planning and career maturity with a significant value of 0.000, and between self-concept and career maturity with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing, it is accepted, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between the variables studied.
