Abstract

CV Natural, a manufacturing company in Palembang, focuses on producing carpets made from abaca wood and banana fiber for domestic and international markets. Currently, the company's production process recording still uses manual methods such as Excel spreadsheets and physical records, which lead to various challenges such as input errors, data duplication, difficulty accessing real-time information, and loss of customer data. To address these issues, this internship project aims to design and develop a web-based application that can support a more effective and efficient production data recording system. The application was developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method and system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The implementation phase uses the Java programming language and MySQL database. Through the proposed application, the company is expected to improve the speed and accuracy of data recording, reduce potential errors, and provide relevant reports to support decision-making. This report discusses the entire internship process, from needs assessment to application development, with the hope of providing a significant solution to support CV Natural's operations.
