Abstract
This study aims to explain the influence of work environment and job stress on employee performance in the production sector of PT. Oki Pulp and Paper. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 29 employees of PT. Oki Pulp and Paper. Data collection used a saturated sampling technique distributed to 29 respondents. The data used were primary and secondary data. Hypothesis testing used was multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has no significant effect on employee performance
