Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Competence and Job Satisfaction on the performance of PT. Toyota Astra employees in Palembang City. Primary data obtained through questionnaires of 200 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, model feasibility tests and hypothesis tests. Multiple linear regression models are used to determine the hypothesis of this study. The results of the hypothesis show that Competence and Job Satisfaction have an effect on the performance of PT. Toyota Astra employees in Palembang City. The results of both hypotheses are stated to be accepted.
