Abstract
This research aims to determine the interest of micro and small businesses in Palembang City to carry out bookkeeping which is positively influenced by attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms and behavioral control. This is in line with the basic theory used, namely the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) proposed by Icek Azjen in 1988. Attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms and behavioral control are interconnected so that they can influence a person to carry out bookkeeping, especially business actors. micro and small in Palembang City.
