Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job crafting on the performance of four-wheeled spare part sales employees in Palembang City. This study uses empirical research with a quantitative approach. The method used in sampling is using the purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 160 employee respondents who work as spare part sales in Palembang City. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees who work as spare part sales in Palembang City, while job crafting does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees who work as spare part sales in Palembang City
