Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work life balance and emotional exhaustion variables on in role performance variables of private hospital nurses in Palembang City. The population in this study were nurses who worked at private hospitals in Palembang City with a sample of 112 respondents. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to private hospital nurses in Palembang City. Based on the test results obtained that work life balance has a significant positive effect on in role performance and emotional exhaustion has a significant negative effect on in role performance of private hospital nurses in Palembang City.
