Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work stress on the sales performance on the retail snack and soft drink in Palembang Primary data obtained through a questionnaire of 142 respondents. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and descriptive statistics. A multiple linear regression model was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on sales performance, while work stress has a negative and significant influence.
