Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on job satisfaction of BCA employees in Palembang City. The variables used in this study are leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction. The data used are primary data. The population in this study were BCA employees in Palembang City.The sampling technique used was the convenience sampling method and obtained 104 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The results of the study showed that leadership style did not affect job satisfaction of BCA employees in Palembang City and work motivation had a positive effect on job satisfaction of BCA employees in Palembang City.
