Abstract
This study aims to examine the direct influence of digital fatigue and work-family conflict on burnout among banking employees in Palembang City. The population of this study includes all banking employees in Palembang City, while the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with Hair et al.'s formula, resulting in 112 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that both digital fatigue and work-family conflict have a significant positive impact on burnout among banking employees in Palembang City. These findings indicate that excessive exposure to digital technology and conflict between work and family demands together contribute to high levels of fatigue or burnout in banking employees.
