Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an effect of work-life balance and employee engagement on turnover intention in generation Z private bank employees in the city of Palembang. The population in this study is generation Z private bank employees in the city of Palembang. The total sample used was 130 samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out by multiple regression analysis. The results of the study on work-life balance and employee engagement have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
