Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of work stress and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of Generation Z employees in private banks in Palembang. This study uses an quantitative research. Data were collected through online distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study consists of Generation Z employees who working at private banks in Palembang. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. The analysis techniques used include instrument quality testing, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility tests, and hypothesis testing, all assisted by SPSS Version 25. The results of the t-test indicate that work stress and job satisfaction have a positive impact and significant on turnover intention of Generation Z employees in private banks in Palembang.
