Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work life balance and work environment on the performance of smartphone sales in Palembang city. The population in this study were all smartphone sales in Palembang city. The study used non probability sampling and accidental sampling techniques by obtaining 110 respondents from 20 smartphone stores in Palembang city. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews with smartphone sales. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression. The results showed that work life balance has no significant effect on employee performance and work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
