Abstract

This study aims to test whether the digital economy has an effect on the income of MSMEs after Covid-19 in the city of Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to culinary MSMEs as the population. The data analysis used the analysis of the Simple Linear Regression Test, the F Test and the Classical Assumption Test consisting of the Normality Test, the Multicollinearity Test, and the Heteroscedasticity Test. Hypothesis testing was carried out by the Statistical Test T, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of the study show that the digital economy does not have a significant influence on the income of an MSMEs.
