Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Analysis and Employee Performance on Turnover Intention of courier expedition employees in Palembang City. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach and the data used were primary and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test. The results obtained from this study are Job Analysis and Employee Performance have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention of courier expeditions in Palembang City.
