The Aldo Motor Workshop also does not have Standard Operating Procedures to apply. To overcome problems at the location, the 5S method is implemented which aims to create a neater, cleaner, more comfortable work area and mechanics during work so that the work is effective. To calculate standard time, the length of working hours a day is divided by the standard time. And the results obtained before repairs were 38 oil changes, 7 spare parts replacements, and 14 light services. Meanwhile, after carrying out repairs to the work area, the results were 53 oil changes, 8 spare part replacements, and 18 light services.
