Abstract

This qualitative research explores university students’ perception towards the use of Marvel movies in vocabulary enhancement. Adopting a descriptive approach, the research employed triangulation as a data collection method involving questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The participants were undergraduate students majoring in English Language Education in Palembang. The researcher used purposive sampling technique to collect the sample. The results were interpreted in detailed based on the findings from the three data collection sources. It revealed that students expressed positive perception on the use of Marvel movies for their vocabulary enhancement.
