Abstract
Rapid technological advancements have significantly eased human tasks, especially in processing data and information critical to companies. Software technology supports various business activities, including real-time employee performance monitoring. Software Engineering (SE) is a systematic approach to software development that encompasses all aspects of production. Dashboards, as essential tools in SE, display visual data to assist management in decision-making. PT. Thamrin Group, a leading company in South Sumatra, is dedicated to innovation to enhance community welfare. Regis Institute, part of PT. Thamrin Group, requires an effective Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system to monitor and improve performance. The design and implementation of a multiplatform (web and Android) dashboard for the KPI application are expected to help Regis Institute manage performance and provide measurable and reliable assessments. The Waterfall method is used in the development of this application, consisting of stages such as requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This method was chosen for its structured approach, ensuring that each development phase is executed properly. The dashboard design must be intuitive and informative, considering the specific needs of Regis Institute and its operational environment.
