Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and work stress on the turnover intention of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang. This research is quantitative research using primary and secondary data types. The population in this research is millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 98 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is SPSS version 25 as the analysis tool. The research results obtained from this study show that compensation has no and no significant effect on turnover intention, the work stress variable has a significant effect on turnover intention and the compensation and work stress variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang
