Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between workload and work environment and the performance of minimarket employees in the city of Palembang. The population studied were employees who worked in minimarkets in Palembang City, with a sample of 110 respondents. Primary data used in this research includes information related to workload, work environment and performance of minimarket employees in the city of Palembang. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence of workload and work environment on the performance of minimarket employees in the city of Palembang.
