Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the influence of perceived usefulness, and e-service quality on Bank Jago user satisfaction. The population in this study were all users of the Bank Jago mobile banking application. With a sample size of 121 respondents selected using non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed that perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, e-service quality. had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction
