Abstract

Work motivation is a stimulus or stimulus for every employee to work in carrying out their duties. Employee performance is a result achieved by the employee in his work according to certain criteria that apply to certain goals. The purpose of this study can provide benefits and increase insight in work motivation and can also be a consideration for those who need information related to employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The location of this research is PT. 8 MASAGRO. The population is 120 people. Data was obtained through a google form questionnaire. The classical assumption test is performed with a normality test and a linearity test. Test the hypothesis using pearson product moment correlation.
