Abstract

This research aims to determine whether working capital efficiency, debt policy, and managerial ownership have an effect on company value. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are property companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 25 companies were obtained with a total of 75 samples. The hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that working capital efficiency, debt policy, managerial ownership have a significant effect on company value.
